Join Scopisto as a Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our industry-leading products. You will be responsible for translating the vision of our stakeholders into actionable plans and ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps. Working closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing, you will champion the needs of our customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that exceed expectations.

You will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
  • Define and communicate clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve products
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for technology and innovation

You’ll receive an assignment depending on the position you’re applying for. Take your time to show your skills and eye for quality. The assignment is indicative of the type of work you’ll do. The expected submission date is 1 week after receiving the assignment at the latest (let us know if you need more time).

One of our experienced professionals, who you will work with directly, will discuss the project with you and delve deeper into your technical knowledge, approach, and experience.
