As a Project Manager, you will own the agile delivery process for our MyAdbooker platform — running the sprint cadence and keeping the Jira backlog in excellent shape day to day. You will work closely with the Product Executive, who sets product vision and priorities, and translate that direction into a well-groomed backlog, clear user stories, and a predictable sprint rhythm for the Development, QA, and DevOps teams. You will be the team's Jira and Scrum expert — responsible for backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and keeping delivery on track — while driving cross-team collaboration and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Agile delivery & Jira ownership

Own and maintain the Jira backlog: create, refine, and prioritize epics, stories, and tasks in collaboration with the Product Executive.
Write clear, well-structured Jira stories and acceptance criteria that development and QA can act on without ambiguity.
Plan and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Keep Jira hygiene high — correct labels, components, story points/estimates, dependencies, and up-to-date boards.
Set up and maintain Jira dashboards and reports (burndown, velocity, sprint health) to give visibility into progress.
Manage sprint and release scope, ensuring commitments are realistic and tracked to completion.

Cross-team coordination & delivery

Plan, coordinate, and monitor software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Product Executive to translate product priorities into executable project plans.
Coordinate activities across Development, QA, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery
Identify potential risks, blockers, and resource constraints, and proactively drive resolutions.
Ensure Product Executive is informed about project progress, changes, and delivery expectations.
Continuously improve project management and agile processes and ways of working.

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
Hands-on, day-to-day experience administering Jira: configuring boards, workflows, backlogs, and dashboards.
Proven experience owning a product backlog and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

You’ll receive an assignment depending on the position you’re applying for. Take your time to show your skills and eye for quality. The assignment is indicative of the type of work you’ll do. The expected submission date is 1 week after receiving the assignment at the latest (let us know if you need more time).

Technical interview (1 hour)

One of our experienced professionals, who you will work with directly, will discuss the project with you and delve deeper into your technical knowledge, approach, and experience.
